Press officers who cannot attend, but would like to promote presenters from their institutions, are welcome to prearrange distribution of press releases and other author materials on the meeting website in the on-site Press Room.
We can help you find presenters from your institution. Please get in touch with Liza Lester to obtain a spreadsheet of presenters, including titles, presentation times & rooms, and url links to abstracts in the program of events.
