GUEST ROOM RATES

We are pleased to confirm the following rates for the Life Discovery Education Conference:

$139.00 Single includes full breakfast and dinner  

$189.00 Double includes full breakfast and dinner

 

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

RESERVATION CUT-OFF DATE

 

RESERVATION PROCEDURES

Room reservations can be made directly with the Hotel by calling 866-900-3517, booking online, or emailing  reservations@nullccmit.org

 

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE

In the event that a guest who has requested a room within the Group block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved check-out date, the Hotel will add an early departure fee, currently $50, to the guest’s individual account.  Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

PAYMENT

All individuals will be responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges upon check-out.

Each room is equipped with high speed internet connection.

PARKING FEES
