The Portland Oregon Visitors Association (POVA) Housing Bureau will accept and process requests for lodging during the ESA 89th Annual Meeting until Thursday, July 22. These requests will be filled on a space available basis. Rooms are still available at the DoubleTree Hotel Portland - Lloyd Center, the Hilton Portland and Executive Tower, and the Benson Hotel. All are either within easy walking distance or a short ride on Portland’s free MAX Light Rail System from the Oregon Convention Center.

The POVA Housing Bureau uses a Passkey System, which provides real time reservations and confirmations for both hotel and dormitory room requests. Housing requests may be submitted to the POVA Housing Bureau either online, by mail, or by fax. Reservations are NOT accepted by telephone. Please do NOT contact any hotel or residence hall directly.
