Taxi service between Mineta San Jose International Airport will cost between $15-$20. Light Rail service is available ($1.75) between the Airport and downtown San Jose, and you must catch the free Route 10 Airport Flyer between the Light Rail Station and the Airport. A "bag" of five VTA bus/lightrail daypasses is $23.60 (these can be purchased at VTA's Downtown Customer Service Center (First and Santa Clara Streets, San Jose) (or preorder by mail from VTA attention revenue services 3331 N. 1st street San Jose, CA 95134)
Transportation from San Francisco Airport to Downtown San Jose

The fare will be around $69 one way. You can also catch the CalTrain from the San Francisco Airport which will take you to downtown San Jose for $15 and then a $10 cab ride to the Marriott. A regular cab from San Francisco Airport will cost about $85 to $90 one way.
The downtown area has over 125 restaurants within walking distance of the San Jose Convention Center. Dining in San Jose is a delight! Parking will be available at the Convention Center for a maximum of $12 per day.
