Symposia papers. Symposia presenters MUST submit an abstract of their talk. This abstract should follow the same length and format guidelines as any other abstract and must be accompanied by a $50 abstract submission fee. The length of the talk and the specific schedule should be verified by communicating with the Symposium organizer. Standard slide, overhead, and LCD projectors with dedicated laptops will be available in every room. This year, ESA will make available a dedicated laptop computer in each symposium presentation room and presenters must provide a PC (NOT MAC) disc (zipped or non zipped) to the professional AV technician prior to each symposium session. You must also bring slides or overheads as backup in case of equipment or software failure. Check with your symposium organizers for additional information. Specific guidelines for presentation graphics and hints on using LCD projectors will be available on the ESA website.
