A summary of the Chapter’s ideas or plans for the next academic year.
For the upcoming academic year, I’m hoping to implement our clubs prairie management ideas. Stewardship, will still be a big priority. We will expand our community outreach to other high schools in the area as well. During this academic year, we didn’t manage to go on any field trips, so I’m hoping that for next semester we will have sufficient funds to make this happen. Something that I would love for our chapter to do is to work with another SEEDS chapter. The closer chapter to us is the University of Michigan in Ann Harbor, so we will have to see how we can possibly make this happen. Lastly, I want to introduce some our members that are not currently doing research to staff in our school or internships so they can get started!
