ESA is able to provide abstracts related to your institution on request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To register<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please contact ESA Public Affairs Manager&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:mayda@esa.org?subject=Baltimore%20City%202025%20Newsroom%20Inquiry\">Mayda Nathan<\/a>&nbsp;directly to pre-register. ESA will also offer walk-in registration during the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note there is no virtual registration option this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">On-site press room<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pre-registered press and public information officers will pick up their credentials in the press room. You will be directed to the press room from the  main registration area.
