By 2016, IDP had developed \u201cthe first and only graduate and postdoc dialogue program in the country.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the programs and courses IDP offers at Cornell, they provide an overview of their core tool, the <a href=\"https:\/\/cpb-us-e1.wpmucdn.com\/blogs.cornell.edu\/dist\/c\/7047\/files\/2017\/09\/public-LARA-1hffsf6.pdf\">LARA Method: Listen, Affirm, Respond, Add Information<\/a>. They write, \u201cLARA is a tool used to communicate across differences.
