People are talking about how to achieve biodiversity goals and address the biodiversity crisis across the globe.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">The ESA Delegation is well into COP16 events and we are making new connections and learning a lot to bring back to the ESA community.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">It\u2019s really exciting to see all the interactions and to see where ecological science is needed. One thing that is apparent is how crucial and important it is for ESA and ecologists to reach outside of fundamental science into applied ecology. It\u2019s outside many ecologists\u2019 comfort zones, so I hope the ESA umbrella can provide a comfortable space for you to engage. Biodiversity needs everyone at the table for good outcomes.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div id=\"attachment_20088\" style=\"width: 235px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
