You can find a bunch of them here. For the last few years, we\u2019ve been focusing on female ecologists, especially during Women\u2019s History Month (March) each year. Visit our <a href=\"https:\/\/esa.org\/history\/biographies\/women-in-ecology-series\/\">page devoted to these women<\/a> for a full list of links.<br>\nThe good news is we have much more to come! Thanks to the <a href=\"https:\/\/esa.org\/history\/celebrating-women-in-ecology-since-1988\/\">work of Dr. Jean Langenheim<\/a>, we\u2019ll be bringing you more profiles on women in ecology in the coming months. These latest profiles will feature one of Dr. Langenheim herself, ESA\u2019s second female president and the foundation of our knowledge of Women in Ecology. Find us on Twitter (@ESAhistory, #womeninecology).<br>\nIf we\u2019ve counted right, ESA\u2019s FIFTEENTH female president, Dr. Laura Huennecke, will take office next month. Twelve of these women have served in the last 30 years; five in the last ten years. Several are featured in <a href=\"https:\/\/esa.org\/history\/biographies\/pedagogical-genealogy-and-microbiographies\/\">microbiographies<\/a>, but none has a full profile here.
