My botany professor.<br>\n<strong>How did you learn about ecological careers?<br>\n<\/strong>During my undergraduate years, I was influenced into taking ecology courses by a professor who envisioned ecological pursuits as becoming increasingly important as human intervene and damage the environment.<br>\n<strong>What key advice would you offer a student today?<\/strong><br>\nWhen approached by students facing difficulties, I repeat my mother`s famous maxim \u201cno cross, no crown\u201d. Difficulties disappear with this in mind.
