This draft report\u00a0is <a href=\"https:\/\/esa.org\/ipbes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Draft_IPBES_Global_Scoping_Report_20151013.pdf\">available online here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>IPBES would greatly appreciate your help in the scoping process.
