We will be using Zoom\u00a0webtechnology.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are a participant<\/span><\/strong>, please watch your email for the instructions on how to join the conference on Thursday morning, Oct 21.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If you are a presenter or moderator<\/span><\/strong>, you will receive a unique link in your email for your panel\/session.<\/p>\n

What time does the <\/b>conference begin<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/b>end<\/b>\u00a0each day?<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>

\nThe conference begins each day at 11:00 AM EDT and ends at 5:00 PM EDT.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What time should I join\u00a0<\/b>a\u00a0<\/b>session<\/b> for which I am presenting or planning to participate in<\/b>?<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>

\nWhen presenting, you should join a session promptly 15 minutes before the scheduled presentation. This\u00a0will help with any potential technical difficulties that may arise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If participating, please join the session about 10 minutes in advance to prevent a jam when everyone tries to join at the same time.<\/p>\n

What else should I know about presenting or participating?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, you can decide which breakout room you would like to attend. We will update this answer when we have final details.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Will presentations be recorded?<\/b><\/p>\n

We will record keynotes, the 4DEE showcase, and panel discussions. These will be available after the presentations. We will not be recording breakout sessions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Will the presenter\u2019s materials be uploaded and available after the conference?<\/b><\/p>\n

Presenters will be encouraged, but not required, to upload materials and slide presentations.\u00a0\u00a0Materials\u00a0shared will be available after the conference unless presenters\u00a0request that they be removed.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
