Registration fees for participants include all breaks, Friday lunch and dinner, and Saturday lunch.<\/p>\n

Registered participants will be able to attend all regular sessions on both days of the conference. There is an additional fee for the pre-conference field trips and workshops.<\/strong><\/p>\n

*Please note that we will not process credit card payments onsite. All payments must be made by check payable to the \u201cEcological Society of America\u201d.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/h4>\n

1.\u00a0On<\/strong> or before March 1, 2023<\/strong>: A written request of cancellation must be emailed to ldc@esa.org<\/a>. A refund of registration payments for cancellations will be honored with\u00a0a\u00a0$25 processing fee<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0After March 13, 2023<\/strong>: \u00a0No refunds are possible for cancellations because of costs incurred.<\/p>\n

Why do we ask about your background? In order for us to understand our audience, we ask questions about you and your educational setting. This information allows us to prepare our speakers, report our reach to our founders, and better monitor the effectiveness of our reach. Information will only be reported in the aggregate.
