Registration Options 

• You can register between a FULL-WEEK or ONE-DAY. It is not possible to select two (2) or more ONE-DAY options.
  • FULL-WEEK: access to all Oral and Poster Sessions, Special Sessions, Plenaries, Exhibits, Business Meetings, and Non-Ticketed Social Events all week. Some Workshops and all Field Trips require advance signup and an additional fee.
  • ONE-DAY: access to all ESA Oral and Posters sessions, Plenaries, Exhibits, Business Meetings, and Non-Ticketed Social Events that are taking place only on the day you selected. If you want to attend sessions on multiple days, you need to register for a Full-Week registration.
  • GUEST: access to non-scientific portions of the meeting program (social events, field trips) only for the family or friends of the Full-Week or One-Day registrants. Additional fees to register for individual trips or social events also apply for guests. Anyone who plans to attend scientific sessions (oral/special sessions, posters, workshops) should not register as a guest. If you are coming with a child care provider (spouse, partner, family member, nanny, etc.), please contact the ESA REGISTRAR for assistance. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Written request of cancellation must be emailed to ESA REGISTRAR, and a USD 50.00 fee will be assessed for processing refunds. 
• Cancellation Deadline: June 30, 2019 (No refunds will be given after this date.)

Refreshments

• All conference registrations include access to the morning coffee breaks. Meals are not provided for the conference as a part of your registration fee.
• Some ticketed events (i.e. field trips, closing social) include food as part of their additional registration fee.
