Field Trips 1, 2, 5, 8, 9 & 10<\/p>\n\n\n\n Short Course 16 & 20<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Student Mixer<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n The In Person Registration includes access to everything that Virtual Registration gives you access to, plus in person attendance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Login is required to register for the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After completing the transaction for membership, please be sure to log out and log back into the portal<\/em><\/strong> to receive member pricing for the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You will have access to all sessions and social events with the exception of a few that require an additional fee (field trips, short courses and ticketed social events such as the Diversity Luncheon, Diversity Forum, and Student Mixer). The Welcome Reception on Sunday and the Closing Networking Reception on Thursday are included for all registered attendees with no ticket required. Most sessions will take place in person in Portland. A few of the short courses and social events will be virtual (in Zoom) and will be clearly labeled as virtual sessions in the meeting program. We will be piloting 41 hybrid invited paper sessions this year that attendees in Portland can attend in person or livestream on the meeting website. Full meeting registration includes a complimentary coffee break each morning and light food and refreshments during every poster session. Full meeting registration includes access to virtual meeting content as described under Virtual Registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n includes access to all sessions and social events with the exception of a few that require an additional fee only on the day you selected<\/strong>. If you want to attend sessions on multiple days, you need to register for a full in person conference registration. It is not possible to select two (2) or more In Person One Day Registration options.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n You will have access to all virtual sessions with the exception of a few that require an additional fee (short courses and ticketed social events). This year\u2019s meeting will include 41 hybrid invited paper sessions that will take place in Portland and will be livestreamed to the meeting website so that virtual attendees can also participate in real time. Virtual short courses and social events will take place through Zoom and will be clearly labeled as virtual sessions in the meeting program. On demand virtual content will be available on the meeting platform until July 2024. This will include recordings of all of the plenary sessions as well as any uploaded presentations. Presenters will be encouraged to upload their talk (slides, audio, closed captioning) or poster (PDF) to be made available for on demand access after their in person presentation has taken place. There is no One Day option for Virtual Registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n GUEST<\/strong>: Access to non-scientific portions of the meeting program (social events, field trips) only for the family or friends of the Full-Week or One-Day registrants. Additional fees to register for individual trips or social events also apply for guests. Anyone who plans to attend scientific sessions (oral\/special sessions, posters, workshops) should not<\/u><\/strong> register as a guest. If you are coming with a childcare provider<\/u><\/em><\/strong> (spouse, partner, family member, nanny, etc.), please contact the ESA REGISTRAR<\/a> for assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Guests are defined as a spouse, significant other, or family member who is not a member of ESA and who may not have an interest in ecology but will attend purely to accompany a family member or friend.
