Then ask the Info Desk for help. A volunteer will move the other poster to the correct board or hold it at the Info Desk for the presenter.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We encourage you to hang your poster in the morning if possible so that attendees can browse posters during the day.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please be sure to remove your poster at the end of the session. We reuse the boards each day for a different group of posters. If you forget, check the Info Desk for your poster.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You should only use push pins to hang your poster. They are provided in the poster hall on each board. If you\u00a0don\u2019t\u00a0have enough, please notify the Poster Pickup Desk.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are welcome to bring handouts, such as 8.5\u00d711 copies of your poster. We recommend bringing an envelope that can hold\u00a0these\u00a0and that can be attached to the poster board using push pins.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conversation is encouraged at our poster sessions! We hope everyone\u00a0visits this year\u2019s\u00a0posters and asks\u00a0questions.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Questions are particularly encouraged at the new\u00a0<strong>Project Proposed Poster Sessions<\/strong>\u00a0on Thursday. Presenters in these sessions\u00a0are sharing\u00a0work\u00a0in\u00a0an earlier stage of completion.
