For 30 years, the ESA <span class=\"il\">SEEDS<\/span> program has been supporting students to participate in this annual gathering of ecologists, which brings together over 3,500 scientists to communicate their research. As well as hearing from experts in a variety of fields, you will be under direct tutelage from those same experts as you select your own meeting mentor! This is an amazing opportunity to be exposed to many different realms of science and to develop professional and personal skills \u2013 as well as a great resume builder. Take a chance and apply to this great opportunity today!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/esa.org\/saltlake2026\/\"><strong>111th<\/strong><strong> ESA Annua<\/strong><strong>l Meeting<\/strong><strong> \u2013 Ecology in an Era of Uncertainty<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah from July 26-31.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>What does the Award include this year?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">SEEDS is proud to offer fully funded and mentored experiences for undergraduates during the ESA Annual Meeting. Each selected participant receives:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Full Meeting Registration<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Roundtrip airfare<\/li>\n<li>Hotel accommodations<\/li>\n<li>Meal stipend<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">An ESA Student Membership (<em><strong>Note<\/strong>: ESA membership is based on calendar year, which runs from January 1 to December 31.)<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">ESA mentor \u2013 students select their own mentor for the week!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">SEEDS Alumni Mentor groups \u2013 past SEEDS students with graduate degrees that help undergraduates navigate the meeting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">SEEDS Student Orientation pre-meeting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Special SEEDS Only events and meals<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>SEEDS puts together orientations, events and mentoring so you feel part of a community from day 1!
