About ARC’s Poster Printing Service (Optional)
We are happy to offer poster printing in Baltimore for convenient pick up at the meeting. We will have a poster pickup desk near meeting registration in the convention center.

The preferred file format is .pdf but our printing company will also accept .jpg, .jpeg, .tiff, .tif, .png and .gif. All posters will be printed on 8oz. poster material in satin finish paper. 3 sizes are available as listed below.
The price varies depending on when you place the order and the size of the poster. August 1st is the deadline for the lowest price. The final pricing will include applicable sales tax and a 3% surcharge if you are using a credit card to order. If you are shipping the poster to your home, there is an additional shipping fee that is not included in the pricing here.
If you are picking your poster up on site, we strongly recommend placing your order by noon one business day before your poster session is scheduled. This will allow you to pick up the poster earlier in the day on the day of your presentation. The posters are printed locally in Baltimore, but not at the convention center. While the printing company can deliver a poster order the same day, they’ll need at least 3-4 hours to process the order, print it, and deliver it to the convention center for pickup. We recommend avoiding a same day pickup.

How To Order Poster Printing From ARC

At the bottom of the page, click New User? Register to set up a login on the poster printing website. This is a new login you will set up with a new username and password. It is not your existing ESA login.
When you preview your poster before completing the order, you should see a second page in the preview. This is not an error – this page is the label that will be used to label your poster for poster pickup. You can ignore this page, please just check the poster itself.
