Molly Mehling
I am a scientist, photographer, and educator focused on acquatic resources, community building, and children’s environmental health.
I am currently a program officer for the Environment category of the Heinz Awards. I was formerly a Visiting Scholar at Carnegie Mellon University’s Learning Media Center/HCII and Director of Applied Research & Public Science, BiodiverCITY Pittsburgh. Before my current roles, I was a sustainability and ecosystems professor at Rachel Carson’s alma mater: Chatham University.
