ESA 2015 Centennial

Centennial Logo by Jane L. Bain
ESA will celebrate its Centennial in 2015 at the Annual Meeting in Baltimore August 9 through 14, 2015. There will be special symposia and social events commemorating the occasion. Planning began in 2012, when the Governing Board established a Centennial Committee, chaired by Alan Covich.
The committee’s recommendations are now being implemented by the Centennial Implementation Committee, chaired by Nancy Huntly (nancy.huntly AT usu.edu), and the 2015 Meetings Committee, chaired by Carol Brewer (prairieecotone AT gmail.com). They continue to seek ideas from the membership for special sessions and other activities.
In 2014, to lead up to the Centennial, HRC has several history sessions planned.
