ESA is pleased to be partnering with KiddieCorp again for the year of providing high quality children’s programs and youth services to conventions, trade shows and special events.
The program is for children ages 6 months through 12 years old. The dates for the program are Monday – Thursday, August 5-8, 2024, and will be located at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach, CA. Snacks and beverages will be provided, and meals need to be supplied by parents each day.
We have negotiated and contracted with hotels to provide discounted rates to ESA Attendees and Exhibitors. Book your hotel room reservation through ESA’s official reservation block to secure discounted rates. Open until early Spring 2024.

If you are a student (undergraduate or graduate) who is the presenting author of a contributed talk or poster, and who is the sole or lead author of the talk or poster, you are eligible to be considered. Presentation formats other than contributed are not eligible.
ESA is happy to support access to the Annual Meeting by those who might not otherwise have funding to participate. Other funding provided by ESA’s strategic partners may be helpful to students as well. Select the following link for a list of section and chapter awards.

This year’s meeting will emphasize the society’s mission of supporting ecologists throughout their careers.
