Refund and Cancellation Policy

Written notification of cancellation must be emailed to meetings@esa.org, and a US $25.00 fee will be assessed for processing refunds.

Cancellation Deadline: March 20, 2024 (No refunds will be given after this date.)

The registration deadline is March 20, 2025.
