About us
Welcome to the Asian Ecology Section (AES) of the Ecological Society of America.
The AES was established in 1994 and our objectives are:
- To foster and facilitate communication and collaborations among ecologists who work with ecosystems on the Asian continent.
- To promote, advance, and coordinate ecological research and dissemination in Asia.
- To act as a liaison agency among researchers, societies, and other groups interested in all branches of ecology in Asia.
