Annual Meeting
ESA hosts all manner of training, development and scientific events throughout the year, as a benefit to our members and to support the science of ecology.
The Annual Meeting is the crown jewel and brings thousands of participants from around the globe together for one week each year. We are expanding our section meetings, based on shared interest, and chapter meetings based on location. Ecologies of A Changing Planet
Introducing a fully virtual, global event developed in response to strong community interest within the ESA and partner communities for more globally connected forms of academic engagement. At a time of rapid environmental transformation, ecological knowledge is increasingly produced across fragmented contexts, scales, and worldviews. We seek to bridge these divides by creating a space for dialogue across geographic, disciplinary, and socioecological boundaries.
