ESA Excellence in Ecology (EEE) Scholarships

The ESA Excellence in Ecology (EEE) Scholarship supports early – mid career ESA members who have achieved a PhD within the last 20 years. The Ecological Society of America Excellence in Ecology (EEE) Scholarship aims to advance the careers of ecologists whose research and service meaningfully enhance access and participation in the ecological sciences and/or impact community engagement. Early- to mid-career ESA members conducting research across all subfields of basic and applied ecology are encouraged to apply. Funding for this program comes from ESA.
SciComm in the Parks Fellowships

The Science Communication in the Parks (SCIP) Fellowships project is administered by ESA in cooperation with the National Park Service, as part of the Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Units (CESU) Program. This project offers up to six (6) SciComm Fellowships each year. Selected SCIP Fellows. Selected SCIP Fellows will receive a $3000 stipend, professional development in SciComm and work with a Project Mentor with SciComm expertise and NPS liaisons to develop two SciComm products each.
