We currently offer two open training courses for project directors:
Strategies for Success
This course will provide project directors with financial management, strategic planning, and communication skills and tools they need to make their project or program more successful and financially sustainable.
The face-to-face version of this course lasts for three full days. The online version of this course lasts for 6 weeks, with participants committing to 5 hours of coursework per week.
Creating a Successful Business Plan
This two-day course will provide the tools and information you need to construct a business plan for your program or project. You’ll use templates to draft your business plan as you go, and at the end of two days you will emerge with a working business model, a draft business plan, feedback on your presented ideas, and an opportunity to have a follow-up phone or Skype consultation with the course instructor on your final business plan.
Mini-Courses & In-house Training
We can adapt our courses to offer skills training in a variety of formats. If you are interested in having us conduct a workshop in conjunction with your meeting or conference, or if you want to train a group of people at your organization all at once, please reach out to us!
