The press room is located off the Charles Street Lobby in the North Show Office, to the right of the Exhibition Hall entrance and across from the registration booths on the first floor of the convention center. Enter the lobby at the corner of Pratt ST and Charles ST.

7:30 am – 5:30 pm - Friday, August 14: 7:30 am – Noon
Walk-in registration will be open during the meeting; please come directly to the press office.
Members of the press are exempt from registration fees and may attend all meeting sessions (*field trip fees still apply). Please see our policy on press credentials and contact Liza Lester, llester@esa.org, to register.
The Press Room has WiFi and Ethernet access, two computers, a printer, telephones, and snacks. Public information officers may drop off hard copies of press releases and other materials for display in the press room. Media attendees are welcome to hang out in the room to organize notes or check email.

Interview space: we have reserved a second room for journalists to conduct interviews or to write in a quiet space. Speak with Communications Officer Liza Lester or the Press Room attendant to gain access to the interview room.
