2025 Candidates for Election

ESA members will elect their next cohort of leaders when the annual Governing Board and Board of Professional Certification election opens in September. The Nominations Committee has put forward this slate of individuals who have accepted their candidacy. It is the goal of the Nominations Committee to ensure a diversity of perspectives as they add to ESA’s leadership, broadly inclusive of axes of personal and professional diversity.

Beginning this year, following a request by the Nominations Committee, support of the Governing Board and approval by the ESA Council, we will elect the officers of the Society (the three presidential positions, Secretary, and Vice President for Finance) by single slate, as we began with the Board of Professional Certification in 2024. Candidates have been rigorously vetted by the Nominations Committee. Elections for Member of the Governing Board will continue to be held competitively.

We have partnered with Survey & Ballot Systems to administer the 2025 election. Voting instructions will be sent to all members in September.
