Poster Pickup Hours 

Welcome Poster Presenters! 

• Poster sessions are 5:00-6:30 PM Monday through Thursday in the Exhibit Hall. A rotating menu of snacks and non-alcoholic beverages is available each day.  

• Poster presenters may enter the Exhibit Hall any time after 9:30 am each morning to hang posters. You need your meeting badge to enter. 

• Your board number is the second number in your poster listing.  
  PS 1-005 is in Poster Session 1 and should be placed on Board #5. 

• If someone else’s poster is on your board, first check to make sure you have the correct board number. Then ask the Info Desk for help. A volunteer will move the other poster to the correct board or hold it at the Info Desk for the presenter.  

• We encourage you to hang your poster in the morning if possible so that attendees can browse posters during the day. 

• Please be sure to remove your poster at the end of the session. We reuse the boards each day for a different group of posters. If you forget, check the Info Desk for your poster. 

• You should only use push pins to hang your poster. They are provided in the poster hall on each board. If you don’t have enough, please notify the Poster Pickup Desk. 

• You are welcome to bring handouts, such as 8.5×11 copies of your poster. We recommend bringing an envelope that can hold these and that can be attached to the poster board using push pins. 

• Conversation is encouraged at our poster sessions! We hope everyone visits this year’s posters and asks questions.  

• Questions are particularly encouraged at the new Project Proposed Poster Sessions on Thursday. Presenters in these sessions are sharing work in an earlier stage of completion. They are looking for helpful feedback from attendees.
