We are here to help you, whether you are joining us on-site in Baltimore or covering the meeting from afar.

ESA invites press and institutional public information officers to attend for free – please see our credential policy. 

If you are unable to attend in person, ESA will prearrange distribution of your institution’s press releases and other author materials on the meeting website and in the on-site press room. ESA is able to provide abstracts related to your institution on request.

Please contact ESA Public Affairs Manager Mayda Nathan directly to pre-register. ESA will also offer walk-in registration during the meeting.

Please note there is no virtual registration option this year.

On-site press room

Pre-registered press and public information officers will pick up their credentials in the press room. You will be directed to the press room from the main registration area. Press may enjoy coffee, tea, internet access, a printer and a work area in the press room.
