New study maps the distribution of flowering lupine in Sweden

The flowering lupine has become a familiar feature along Swedish roads – but what is its distribution across the country, and what determines where it is found? In a study recently published in the journal Ecosphere, Olle Lindestad, a researcher at the Department of Ecology, Environment and Botany (DEEP), together with colleagues, has conducted an extensive survey of the invasive species’ occurrence in Sweden.
