2026 ESA RUI Section Nominations

Following review of the section’s governance status and to align the section with ESA’s current governance framework, ESA will conduct an election for the following officer positions of the section:

  • Chair
  • Chair-Elect (rises to chair in 2027)
  • Secretary

If you are interested in service or wish to nominate another member for a role, please complete this nomination form by Thursday, October 15. An election will immediate follow and conclude on October 31. Elected officers will immediately take office and work with staff to engage the membership on activities for 2027.

The goal of this election is to ensure that section leadership is established through a clear and transparent process under ESA’s current governance structure.

We appreciate the service of all Researchers at Undergraduate Institutions Section volunteers and encourage members to participate in the nomination and election process.
