Ecologies of a Changing Planet will issue calls for proposals in two stages.

Call for Organized Sessions – due September 17, 2026*

Notifications and Session topics are expected to be finalized by October 5, 2026

Call for Individual Abstracts – open October 8 – November 12, 2026*

Notifications and Individual contributions are expected to be finalized by December 20, 2026

Submission Fees

There is a $15 submission fee for each proposal which will be applied towards your Conference registration fee if accepted.

Call for Reviewers

Shape the conference by signing up to be a reviewer! Reviewers will recommend individual contributions for inclusion in a specific subtheme. Session organizers will also have the opportunity to review individual contributions to their session. Full details for the call for Reviewers and Review Criteria will be released soon.
