Ecologies of a Changing Planet will issue calls for proposals in two stages. No submission fees are required. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

  1. Call for Organized Sessions – due September 15, 2026*

Notifications and Session topics are expected to be finalized by October 5, 2026

  1. Call for Individual Abstracts – open October 8 – November 12, 2026*

Notifications and Individual contributions are expected to be finalized by December 14, 2026

CALL FOR REVIEWERS

Shape the conference by signing up to be a reviewer! Reviewers will recommend contributions for inclusion in a specific subtheme and/or session. Session organizers will also have the opportunity to review individual contributions to their session. We are now accepting reviewer applications. More information will be sent to those assigned proposals to review.

REGISTRATION FOR ACCEPTED SESSIONS AND ABSTRACTS

Once accepted, all session organizers and individual presenters will be asked to register for the event in order for the session or talk/poster to be scheduled.
