Applications received by June 15, 2023 will be given priority review. Applications received after June 15 will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
All undergraduate students, graduate students and early career professionals residing within the Greater Washington DC area are eligible as there will be local gatherings. Submissions from outside the region will not be reviewed.
