Online help documentation or the knowledge base can answer most questions, https://www.zoho.com/us/expense/support/.  The highlight of the software is an ability to take pictures of receipts on the fly or at a convenient time using your mobile device.  Later you can fine-tune the expense report before submitting it to your supervisor.

Please provide the following information to sign-up and record trip expenses. An on-screen confirmation will appear when you are complete. A second step occurs when the information you provide is added to the separate expense reporting system. At that point a confirmation email is sent to you which you must confirm to gain access. Please email webmaster@esa.org with any questions or to request a new invitation to the system be sent.
